Stormstaff appoints kelly strukoff as associate vice president
San Diego, California

– StormStaff has appointed Kelly Strukoff as Associate Vice President,
effective immediately. With more than 11
years of experience in the Staffing industry, Strukoff is in charge of the
day-to-day operations of StormStaff, driving the
growth of all offices nationwide, hiring and mentoring staff and opening new
offices in key markets. She is also
responsible for the further development of the StormStaff brand as a premier
provider of Administrative and Accounting/ Financial staffing solutions. Strukoff is based out of corporate
headquarters in San Diego, California.

Strukoff
was formerly the Market Manager, Finance and Office for a leading staffing
firm, a role in which she managed finance and office divisions for the
company’s San Diego office, focusing on temporary and permanent services. She oversaw $8 million in revenue and was
responsible for 18 direct reports.
Strukoff also served as the Branch Manager, Office Division prior to
becoming the Market Manager. As Branch
Manager, Strukoff managed the administrative and management division of the La
Jolla branch office, including temporary and permanent staff.
Previously,
Strukoff also held positions as Managing Director, Business Development
Manager, Staffing Manager and Staffing Supervisor for other staffing firms.
Strukoff’s
accomplishments include being named Branch Manager of the Year for 2006 in the
Southern California Region; Branch Manager of the Quarter five times; Employee
of the Quarter and she was also awarded all expenses paid vacations for two
consecutive years. She was also a top
performing Managing Director in quarterly revenue and profit.
Strukoff
is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also holds a Professional in Human
Resources (PHR) certification, a Brian Tracy Sales Training certificate and a
Morgan Consulting Recruiter Training certificate.
Strukoff
received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Northwestern
University.
